An event for everyone

This year, the LGCT in Roma will be open to the public for three days, a “global” event in which the cavallo will be the undisputed protagonist, but not only: the format of the demonstration, which is new among the Grandi Eventi Cittadini di Roma Capitale, will affiancare the image of the Eternal City to its natural connotation of top-level athletic competition, with free admission.

There are four azzurri on the list for the CSI5* race at the Circo Massimo: Emanuele Gaudiano, Piergiorgio Bucci, Francesco Turturiello, and Giacomo Casadei. The conference

Presenti alla conferenza l’Assessore ai Grandi Eventi, Sport, Turismo e Moda Alessandro Onorato, la Presidente dell’Assemblea Capitolina Svetlana Celli, il Direttore del dipartimento interventi di edilizia monumentale della Sovrintendenza Capitolina Fabio Pacciani, Presidente di Sport e Salute Vito Cozzoli, Vicepresidente vicario del CONI Silvia Salis, Coordinatrice Italiana del LGCT Eleonora Di Giuseppe, LGCT Sport Director Marco Danese, FISE President Marco Di Paola, CT of the Italian Olympic Committee Marco Porro, and Blue Cavalier Giacomo Casadei. “Un’edizione eccezionale”

Marco Danese, Director Sportivo del LGCT, is pleased: “From a sporting standpoint, the edition is exceptional; there are an incredible number of medals, both individual and team medals. The spectacle is unquestionably guaranteed from a sporting standpoint. There are approximately 210 cavalli arriving in the scuderie that we have prepared. There is, of course, a significant backstage for this demonstration involving test fields, scuderie, and the mobile veterinaria clinic that is a favorite of ours. La gestione dei cavalli è la parte più importante. Come detto, c’è una clinica mobile che ci segue in tutto il mondo, e che peraltro è italiana, del dott. Centinaio che purtroppo è scomparso lo scorso anno, che è di un’importanza enorme da punto di vista scientifico. Una specie di ospedale mobile capace di dare ogni tipo di assistenza ai cavalli”.
